As the Senior Product Manager you'll report to the Chief Product Officer for our Independent Contractors and Travel Associates brands. You'll join our dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You'll be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Day to day:
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and drive growth
Understanding our target markets and customer persona, needs alongside the product team to ensure optimal product outcomes
Own the commercial viability of new product opportunities and enhancements to existing digital products from ideation through to benefits realisation
Display intimate knowledge of your product, including its value proposition, key features, user journeys, business goals, and KPIs
Use best-practice product management methodologies to drive the product strategy, create customer value and deliver measurable business benefits
Display strong leadership skills to effectively guide the cross-functional product team and lead the stakeholders, create an inspiring vision, and reach sustainable agreements
Identify opportunities for improving business processes through functional and non functional requirements; assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new solutions and/or operational changes
Manage and mentor the Product Owners and Business Analysts in your team for their continued professional growth and brightness of future
Liaise and coordinate with key internal teams and stakeholders including engineering, design and support teams, to ensure organisational support and buy-in;
Work with UX to research and assess qualitative and quantitative findings to understand our customers and business needs and make informed product decisions
Work closely with other Product Managers to ensure coherence and alignment across product ecosystem
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
5+ years as a product manager, managing a product team
Demonstrated success defining and launching valuable, customer and data driven products
Empathy for the customer experience, as well as data analysis, should inform all decision making
Expertise in the product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge
Demonstrated experience of delivering fit-for-purpose business solutions to agreed time, quality and functionality requirements
Ability to think critically and inclusively across outcomes and deliverables, requiring alignment and coordination with other product managers/teams
Demonstrated ability to handle parallel tracks across multiple product areas, delivering quality outcomes
Ability to work effectively with business, leading requests from inception to delivery
Strong proactive communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively are critical
Ability to negotiate without being adversarial
Strong technical acumen to think critically and converse with technical architects and developers
Demonstrated experience in Business Case Development as well as analysing, evaluating and integrating business processes and procedures
Added advantage:
Experience in working with and managing technical vendor relationships
Worked in a Global cross-functional team
Experience with JIRA/Confluence
Travel experience
Understanding or experience with SAFE Agile methodologies
Exposure to Product Board, Full Story, Get Feedback, Optimizely, GA, Splunk, is useful
