About the Opportunity
Our Shared Service Delivery Centre provides support across the business for ad-hoc tasks which might include data input, document formatting, research or data collection. A great Shared Service Delivery Leader is able to quickly understand the task required, create procedures for their team and work to tight deadlines. You are tech-savvy and possess excellent troubleshooting skills.
Your main responsibilities are:
Quickly understand the task through communicating with stakeholders
Allocate the task to a team member, with clear procedures and deadlines
Check source documents for accuracy
Ensure all data has a quality support input
Verify data and correct data where necessary
Obtain further information for incomplete documents
Check completed work for accuracy
Store completed documents in designated locations
Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with related department
Reporting on team efficiency
About you
The Essentials:
A bachelor’s degree in administration or relevant field
Good command of both written and spoken English is required
Proven experience as a leader
The Attributes:
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets and MS Office in general (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc.)
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
Familiarity with information system technologies
An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Able to adapt to uncertainties and changes and remain calm under pressure
