Cruising obsessed?  We have the opportunity for you!  With a newly created team, we are on the hunt for Cruise Specialists to assist our customers, who are just as excited as you to hit the water!  Best part is, you could be cruising while looking after your customers, as this role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere within Australia!

 

Day to Day

With marketing driven enquiries, the Specialist Cruise Consultant exists to service our customers on their complex cruise itineraries worldwide. There will be clear sales targets and KPI expectations to achieve with the support of leaders, development and business systems.

  • 100% Work From Home model or option to work in one of our corporate teams office locations
  • Want OTE earnings of $85k+
  • Are passionate about customer service
  • Marketing driven cruise enquiries
  • Monday to Friday business working hours - have the weekend off 
  • Small team environment with hands on training and development  
  • Strong collaborative working environment – all ideas are valued and considered 

 

All about you: 

  • Minimum 2 years in the travel industry 
  • Exceptional multitasking ability, you will juggle priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations 
  • To be a "people person" who values the importance of developing strong relationships 
  • Destination knowledge is a must
  • A high level of attention to detail 
  • GDS experience required, Sabre highly regarded
