Our Stage, Screen and Sports team in Southwark is experiencing rapid growth in clientele and an exciting period upcoming with new production management beginning in the new year. We are looking for a dynamic individual preferably with experience in media and entertainment travel to join this exciting area of the corporate business. These opportunities are highly sought after and come up rarely so applicants are encouraged to move quickly.

The Role:

To provide an unrivalled, dedicated and expert service to our portfolio of customers. Proactively managing a portfolio, ensuring that value is shown at every possible opportunity and always acting within our One Best Way and with our customers’ best interest in mind.


  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional, bespoke and proactive customer service to all CT customers. Retention: Never lose a client through service or price. Strong working relationship with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to ensure all customers receive a bespoke and proactive service.
  • Profitability: Continuously look for better fare opportunities to maximise customer savings and margin. Keep up to date with fare details, airline information and incentives.
  • Productivity: Maximise turnover by growing portfolio. Work with the Business Development Managers to increase new business and smooth implementation.


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a travel consultant - Essential
  • Experience using a GDS (Amadeus preferably) – Essential
  • Extensive Fares knowledge - Desirable
  • Customer Service experience – Essential
  • Experience in Stage, Screen and Sports clientele and travel management - Desirable
