We have an opportunity for a Supplier Engagement Lead to join our highly collaborative, inclusive, progressive area, leading our engagement and managing our communications with supply partners. You will work across our product teams and operational stakeholders, supporting them with new partnerships, integrations to partner’s platforms, staying abreast of changes and opportunities with our partners, and helping liaise with partners to resolve any issues.

If you have the ability to facilitate communication and progress across our product teams, relevant operational stakeholder groups, and our supply partners, we'd love to hear from you. You'll help ensure good communication, building of relationships, and flowing progress continues throughout the whole lifecycle of bringing products to market.

 

What you will do: 

 

  • Build a solid understanding of our technology / systems and what work is involved in bring new products to market, including integration to supply partner APIs and supporting processes.
  • Work closely with across our product and integration teams to ensure understanding of the technical solution, and being heavily involved from beginning to end
  • Maintain relationships, drive engagement and ensure supplier and end-user satisfaction.
  • Ensure internal support teams and supplier onboarding are given the highest priority
  • Continue to develop and maintain a supplier connection and onboarding processes
  • Drive engagement by identifying gaps in supplier use case, discover the barriers, and implement plans of action to ensure the product is recognising maximum value
  • Assist in driving expansion opportunities for the distribution and revenue management teams
  • Understand supplier challenges, to aid in finding resolution or positive outcomes
  • Understand our users, their goals, problems, journeys and jobs to be done.
  • Assist in facilitation and oversee of implementation and go live activities
  • Build and distribute communications between business units to aid in knowledge share and updates

 

 

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

 

  • Demonstrated experience in communication / engagement centric roles
  • You are an independent thought leader bringing multiple perspectives to problem solving
  • A proactive, confident and collaborative approach to work
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks while working with multiple teams at once 
  • Excels in communication, planning, time management, and executing activities alongside other business units 
  • Able to take direction, work with independence and confidence, and see the value in collaborating with a team. 
  • Thorough understanding of travel suppliers and/or supply chain domain desirable
  • Experience with technical teams and agile development 
  • You enjoy being a conduit of information and can efficiently break barriers between technical teams, end-users and business stakeholders.
  • Problem solving and being able to understand complex technical solutions
