Our Global Enterprise Technology team has an opportunity for a Systems Engineer based in London to support In House applications, OKTA and Microsoft 365 administration

ETS is a group of approximately 150 Flighties across 8 countries who deliver the technical foundations that enable Flight Centre Travel Group to transform and grow. 

 

The role in a nutshell:

  • Administration and Management of M365 Cloud Services in a multi-tenant Global environment
  • Administration of Mimecast Email Security
  • Ensures Systems, Solutions, and Policies are thoroughly maintained and documented
  • Identify & Implement Optimization and Automation Opportunities
  • Analysing existing P&C systems and operations and developing preventative maintenance strategies
  • Support of AD Connect
  • OKTA Identity and Provisioning Administration in a multi-tenant Global Hub & Spoke environment
  • Offer 3rd level support to implemented solutions
  • Works with Vendors to resolve incidents when appropriate

  • Digital Workspace
  • Networking
  • Hybrid Cloud
  • Security

 

We would love to hear from you if this sounds like you: 

 

  • Minimum 4 years Administrator/Engineer experience in an M365 environment
  • Experience with Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other M365 Service Offerings
  • PowerShell experience including experience with M365 admin modules
  • Experience with OKTA or another Identity Management Platform
  • Experience with OKTA, ADFS, or SSO solution providers
  • Experience with Power Automate
  • Experience with Intune
  • Working Knowledge of Exchange 2013
