As a Team Leader overseeing your store, you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate team members, grow in key KPIs along a number of other responsibilities.

• Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
• Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
• Coaching and developing team members
• Providing vision and motivation for the team
• Maintaining an overall positive office environment
