Join our team as a QA Analyst with our ShopX Team, a role that sits within our Consultant Commerce area. In this role you will be responsible for leading the analysis, planning, preparation, and execution of testing for systems and software delivered by the ream. You will be an essential part of the team and will drive software quality assurance with offshore development teams.

You will collaborate closely with a local team of product owners, engineers, business analysts, UX designers and testers within Consultant Commerce to deliver quality software that will empower our travel consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and be the best travel experts in the world. You will also coordinate developers and testers from our vendor partners.
You will ensure the continuous improvement of testing methodology, test tools, processes, approaches and techniques. Working with stakeholders, you will manage the defect management process with our partners and ensure the quality of our vendor’s deliverables in adherence to the defined defect life cycle.
We are a diverse and distributed team so being an excellent communicator is essential and it will be your responsibility to ensure that both the ShopX Team and the Test Leader are up to date with the status of testing.
As a QA Analyst, you will have a desire to learn the complexities of the world of Travel (should you be new to this industry) whilst applying your knowledge to ensure the delivery of quality software for the Flight Centre Travel Group.
