About the Opportunity

As a Host you are responsible to meet and exceed individual as well as team sales targets, consistently delivering a high quality customer sales experience and thriving in the high performing team environment.

Responsabilities

  • Offer every customers tours and other activities branded Discova.
  • Ensuring welcome packs, company branding and other collateral is in line with one best way and presentable to our customers.
  • Maintain the expertise in the domestic market by being up to date with domestic information or changes.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets as directed by the Host Team Leader.

About you

The Essentials:

  • Bachelor degree or a degree in tourism and hospitality is preferred
  • Minimum 1year experience in a sales environment comfortable working to and achieving sales targets – Experience in tourism industry sales preferred
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English is required and other European languages would be an advantage

The Attributes:

  • Good written and verbal English.
  • Outstanding sales skills with strong customer care focus
  • Result Orientated
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to te flexible and implementing change when needed
  • Excellent communicator to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders.
