Training Designer

We are currently looking for an accredited Training Designer to implement instructional design processes related to systems and skills training.

Daily responsibilities for our Training Designer include:

• Identifying specific training requirements
• Developing learning materials that enable the transfer of required skills, knowledge and attitudes to existing and new employees
• Reviewing current training delivery practices to improve efficiency
• Working with internal customers/stakeholders to establish design briefs and/or curriculum for learning solutions

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience in engaging a sales focussed team
• The ability to lead with vision and values
• Our ideal candidate also has, at minimum, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
