About the Business 

Global Land Supply is Flight Centre Travel Group’s global in-house product procurement and consolidation business, servicing a number of its worldwide selling businesses including Retail operations, in-country support, Liberty Travel, GoGo Worldwide Vacations and Flight Centre Asia.

About the Role

Based in South Bank, this 12 month contract position reporting to the Transactional Finance Team Leader, is responsible for the following duties:

• Provide detailed financial analysis of, and solutions for, issues affecting internal and external stakeholders, such as foreign exchange, margin queries, customer payments, internal transactions for contracted destinations
• Provide an email-based issue escalation service for Flight Centre’s global wholesale partners and internal accounts teams
• Resolving customer accounts queries and action Finance queries
• Reducing cost of errors through identification of trends and accurate calculation/adjustments

About You

• Proven knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable procedures
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• High attention to detail and ability to resolve issues
• Ability to work well under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of wholesale tourism/travel industry preferred
• Calypso back office/payment systems knowledge desirable
• Strong Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Excel, Word
