  • INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE : 

    • Ability to design & curate personalised travel experiences

    • Monthly attendance at Industry events & training sessions

    • Nurtures a positive reputation & positively contributes to the industry 

    • Represents FCTG and TA at all industry functions & membership meetings, and external commitments

  • EXISTING CLIENT PORTFOLIO :

    • Strong sales performance of TTV $2 mil +

    • Repeat Client Portfolio of 80%

    • Consistent delivery of Purple Ribbon Experience

    • Clear understanding of TA DNA and how this translates into sales

    • Nurtures multi-generation relationships

    • Seeks business & personal referrals

  • STRONG RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) : 

    • Authentic Top 50 Client Relationships

    • Client database management & acquisition

    • Maintain & nurture long standing industry connections & relationships

    • Growth in discerning & luxury traveller portfolio via referral

    • Prioritises personal connection with clients & suppliers
