Monthly attendance at industry events & training sessions to build your knowledge & profile

Full time CAC of $12,000
Repeat client portfolio of 60%
Good understanding & consistent delivery of Purple Ribbon Experience
Nurture referral business for portfolio growth
STRONG RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) :
Nurture authentic Top 50 Client Relationships
Develop long standing industry connections & relationships
Seeks growth discerning & luxury traveller portfolio via referral
Understand the importance of client engagement & exceptional service delivery
Seeks to over-deliver on client expectations
SELF MANAGEMENT & OWNERSHIP :
Actively attend & host events, network & engage with local community and businesses
Understands & articulates the TA offering and Brand CVP's
Maintain a strong personal brand and profile, to win new clients

Diploma of Leadership & Management (Desirable)
Virtuoso Travel Academy & Professional Development
(Minimum level of experience required for the role)
At least 3 years current experience in a retail travel role, with a repeat and referral client base.
Exceptional customer service skills.
A successful track record in building a profitable portfolio and exceeding client expectations.
