WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As the UI/UX E-Commerce Designer you'll be at the forefront of delivering on Ignite Travel Group’s ambition to create the best travel experience online. This role is at the intersection of technology, marketing and customer experience.
In this role you’ll deliver initiatives that provide an exceptional experience for all customers and consultants who interact with Fight Centre’s digital assets (websites, and internal system), which continually evolves based on our customer’s and user’s needs.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
Digital Design Experience
UX/UI Experience with customer facing digital assets
Demonstrated success in improving the customer experience for a business based on analytics and research
Working with optimization technologies and familiarity with user testing and analysis methods
Understanding of design-thinking concepts, web standards and accessibility
Ability to present findings and ideas to stakeholders
Ability to work with technical teams to solve functional problems
Portfolio of UX/UI work undertaken
Experience with platforms such as Sketch and Adobe XD
