As a UX/UI Designer at Flight Centre, you’ll contribute to the design of customer-friendly, engaging, and functional digital experiences that seamlessly bridge the gap between our online and physical retail entities. In line with industry best practice and standards, you’ll create features and products that holistically balance the needs of our customers and the business.

Day to day, you’ll be:
Contributing to the definition and development of detailed customer experience designs
Conducting user research activities
Leading A/B testing, surveys, and metrics analysis.
Contributing to the creation of UX deliverables
Planning and conducting usability studies of existing and proposed designs, and documenting recommendations for improvement
Contributing to the design of products that embody core user experience
You’ll be perfect in this role if you can showcase:
3+ Years’ experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer
A strong knowledge of user-centred design and design thinking methodologies and techniques
A foundational UI design background
Experience using and contributing to a design system such as Google Material or similar
Experience in planing and conducting UX research
Examples of design decisions and concepts with data and user testing
Design ideas using storyboards, process flows, prototypes, and UI designs
Examples of work to get buy-in on project initiatives with internal stakeholders
An ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams
Experience with mobile-first responsive design
Experience working with wireframing/prototyping tools.
