We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented web generalist who can play a key supporting role on our team. You’ll work closely with the web development and marketing team to maintain our brand websites, troubleshoot issues, validate tasks before being deployed to production, and assist with documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Support the web and marketing teams with uploading and maintaining content on our brand websites
Prepare reports and glean insights from Google Analytics and other systems
Troubleshoot and collaborate with developers to debug web applications
Test content and feature changes across multiple devices/browsers and provide approval before release to production site
Provide support across all phases of the development life cycle -- assisting with strategy and planning, gathering requirements, writing user stories/dev tasks, cross-browser testing, post-release testing
Maintain flowcharts and system documentation as needed
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of related experience
Experience with content management systems, Drupal experience a big plus
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
Experience with web content creation, web design, maintenance, and usability testing preferred
Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop a plus
Experience with Google Analytics
Be highly organized, detail-oriented and be able to work on multiple projects at once with varying priorities and deadlines
