As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will champion the engagement and development of the Workforce Planning Rostering system and provide proactive customer service and support to Team Leaders.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting key stakeholders and working with leadership and "People & Culture" teams to ensure an integrated approach to solutions for our businesses.
Key responsibilities:
Provide proactive customer service and support
Maintaining a focus on the day-to-day functionality
Administration of our rostering system
Engage and develop our leader’s knowledge with effective workforce planning
You’ll be perfect in this role if you have:
Minimum 12 months' experience in a rostering/workforce planning role
Payroll experience desirable
Strategic and effective communication skills in a multi-disciplinary/geographically dispersed environment
Enjoy working in a team environment
Strong technical skills with a high level of accuracy
Travel and tourism industry experience is a bonus
