A Business Development Representative (BDR) is often the first insight a prospect has into Corporate Traveller, Flight Centre Business Travel (FCBT) and/or Flight Centre. The BDR is expected to drive high volume interactions with right fit prospects, in a customer centric, solutions orientation, consultative style.
A Business Development Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The ideal applicant will be results-driven, detail-oriented, and will possess an overwhelming desire to hit sales expectations.
The right candidate will be a creative, customer-focused individual and excel in a collaborative work environment with the Sales Team. This person will possess high-communication skills and a strive for development within their sales career. This is an office-based inside sales position with high volume of phone based sales activity including outbound cold calls.
