Your contributions as Future Team Leader (In support to your Team Leader):
- Maintain a One Best Way business including operating systems
- Meet shop budgets and P&L expectations
- Train your new-starters and provide ongoing development after their New Starter Training
- Receive leadership training from our very own Learning and Development team who will help set you up for success
- Create and contribute to a positive working environment
- Motivate your team to reach their full potential
- Model the way with Flight Centre Travel Group’s values of ownership, egalitarianism and irreverence
- Be your team’s go-to person for all the curly questions
