If you’re an experienced travel professional who’s ready to step away from sales targets and focus on what you love — helping customers have an amazing holiday — this could be the perfect next move.
As an After Sales Consultant within our MyCruises Team, you’ll support customers after they’ve booked, helping with everything from payments and booking queries to amendments, travel information and getting them ready to set sail.
You’ll use your travel knowledge and customer service skills to solve problems, build confidence and make the journey to the ship as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
 
 
What you'll be doing...
  • Support customers throughout their cruise journey after booking
  • Manage payments, amendments, documentation and customer enquiries
  • Provide helpful cruise and travel information
  • Resolve issues and find solutions with a customer-first approach
  • Work with our cruise partners and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience
  • Maintain accurate customer records and deliver exceptional service
 
What we're looking for
  • 2+ years’ customer service experience
  • 2+ years’ Travel Agency experience 
  • A genuine passion for cruising and travel
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Someone who enjoys helping people and finding solutions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
