Leveraging exclusives, we seamlessly integrate air, land, and sea travel, offering a selection of exquisitely curated packages through an industry-leading cruise marketplace.

The Wholesale Cruise Advisor is responsible for effectively selling cruise holidays including packages to travel agents. Selling across all channels and making bookings, as well as proactively generating leads, repeat business and referrals. This role supports the brand’s sales operations to achieve the company’s growth targets.



Day to day:

  • Liaise with travel agents and assist them to plan all aspects of their client's trips, including but not limited to cruises, flights, accommodation, tours, activities and transfers, with the aim of generating business for the organisation
  • Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
  • Ensure that KPIs are met including but not limited to service levels and abandoned call rates
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, and maximise sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling
  • Support and handle telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to streamline processes to improve the business
  • Maintain accurate and up to date notes on all bookings to ensure that anyone can understand the action that has been taken on the booking and/or quote and what action needs to be taken
  • Provide support to Groups by assisting with group bookings when required



You will have:

  • Retail or wholesale experience in the travel industry is essential
  • A passion for the cruise industry and customer service
  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
  • Comprehensive computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems
  • GDS experience is preferred, not essential
