- Develop and execute the communication strategy for the GBS division, aligning messaging with business priorities and transformation objectives.
- Create engaging content and campaigns across multiple channels, including leadership, change, employee, and business communications.
- Act as a trusted advisor to GBS leaders and executives, providing strategic communication counsel and stakeholder support.

Lead communication planning and delivery for the GBS transformation office across multiple projects and initiatives.
- Support crisis communication and issue management, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Provide communication input and employee messaging support for AI and digital transformation initiatives.
- Bring strong content creation capabilities, including Canva design, image generation, video editing, and basic filming skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing competing priorities, partnering with stakeholders at all levels, and being willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
- 4-6 years' experience in internal communications, change communications, or a related communications role.
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing communication strategies.
- Experience advising senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Experience supporting organisational change, transformation, or employee experience initiatives.
- Canva proficiency, including design, image generation, and content creation.
- Video editing experience and basic filming skills using an iPhone or camera.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot or similar.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, prioritisation, multitasking, and project management capabilities.
- Experience communicating AI, technology, or digital transformation initiatives to employee audiences.
