Develop and optimise a world-class loyalty finance data asset to support strategic decision-making and program growth

Analyse and report on loyalty KPIs, including partner billings, earn rates, redemption rates, and program effectiveness

Create reporting frameworks and performance dashboards that provide deep insights into loyalty program performance and internal and external partner billings and redemptions

Build and maintain a roadmap for data-driven use cases and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives
-
Partner with loyalty, brand leadership, and data teams to align priorities and maximise program outcomes

Manage priorities, delivery timelines, and stakeholder expectations to achieve strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional squads to deliver analytics, business intelligence, and reporting initiatives
- Foster a performance-led, data-driven culture across loyalty, customer, and broader business teams
- Contribute to agile ceremonies, planning sessions, retrospectives, workshops, and communities of practice

Drive adoption of analytics outputs and recommendations to improve loyalty program performance and insights

Build capability and mentor others as the function grows
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- Experience in loyalty program development and optimisation
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and cross-functional team collaboration
- Experience working with advanced or predictive analytics techniques is highly regarded
- Proven experience using data and analytics to deliver measurable business value and insights
- 5+ years' experience in analytics delivery, preferably within retail or customer-facing environments

Leadership potential and interest in growing and mentoring a data/analytics capability over time
- Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, descriptive analytics, reporting, and Power BI, and finance reconciliations
