ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY...
Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for bringing campaigns to life across digital and print channels? As a Graphic Designer, you will play an integral role in delivering engaging visual communications that support marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. Working closely with the Creative Director and broader marketing team, you'll create compelling creative assets that strengthen brand presence, drive campaign outcomes, and ensure design excellence across every touchpoint. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while collaborating with a fast-paced and creative team.
DAY TO DAY YOU WILL...
- Create and deliver graphic design solutions for a broad range of marketing and communications initiatives across print and digital channels
- Ensure brand and creative standards are consistently maintained across all deliverables
- Manage competing priorities while delivering projects on time and within budget
- Develop and deliver online advertising creative, including static and animated assets
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to deliver global collateral to brief and on schedule
- Work closely with the Creative Director to evolve creative assets and marketing collateral
- Prepare finished artwork and manage pre-press processes to ensure production-ready outputs
- Create engaging social media, email marketing, and digital campaign content across multiple platforms
- Assist with responsive web pages, web assets, landing page executions, and multi-channel campaign rollouts
- Support image research, asset management, sourcing, illustration, proofing, and campaign execution activities
- Design publications, direct mail campaigns, print advertising, signage, flyers, and large-format marketing materials
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
YOU'LL BE PERFECT IF YOU HAVE...
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- 5+ years' experience in a graphic design or related creative role
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design) or a related design qualification
- Experience managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
- Strong publication design, layout, typesetting, and pre-press knowledge
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- A positive, collaborative, and self-driven approach with the ability to take feedback constructively
