About the role
- Identify opportunities for growth and sales within our existing customer base
- Analyse customer data and trends and deliver opportunities through analysis
- Develop and build strong business relationships with customers
- Ensure all technical configurations are optimised and keep customers informed of new technical product availability
- Confidently presenting to clients both face to face and online
Skills and Experience (what makes a great Flightie!)
- Proven account management or customer relations experience
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships
- Proven ability to articulate knowledge about products and services to customers leading to enhanced sales and growth
- Proficient user of MS products – particularly Excel and Power Point
