As a Cruise & Inventory Operations Coordinator - Groups, you'll play a critical role in managing cruise group and charter inventory, ensuring products are accurate, available for sale, and maintained across multiple systems. Working closely with Product Managers, cruise line partners, Sales teams, and Operations teams, you'll help drive inventory accuracy, supplier compliance, and commercial success.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep complex operations running smoothly while building a long-term career within the travel industry.

 

What you'll be doing...

  • Manage group and charter cruise inventory, allocations, contracted space, and package availability across multiple cruise lines
  • Load, maintain, and update inventory, pricing, and product information within Traveltek and associated systems
  • Monitor inventory performance, supplier commitments, and allocation utilisation, escalating issues where required
  • Produce and maintain inventory, sales, manifest, and upgrade reporting to support commercial decision-making
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory, rates, package configurations, and system data remain accurate
  • Coordinate supplier requirements, cabin naming, booking amendments, cancellations, and contractual deadlines
  • Provide inventory support and troubleshooting assistance to Sales, Product, After Sales, and Operations teams
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

 

Who You Are:

  • Previous experience within travel, tourism, cruise operations, inventory management, product support, or a similar coordination role
  • Experience working with business systems, databases, inventory platforms, and spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience using Traveltek or similar travel inventory and reservation systems will be highly regarded
  • Experience within cruise, wholesale travel, tour operations, inventory allocations, group bookings, or advanced Excel reporting will be highly regarded
