If you’re an experienced Travel Consultant with a passion for the finer things in life while travelling, you’ll fit right into our Luxury Travel team.  Our purpose is to open up the world for those who want to see. How you’ll be opening up the world for our customers…

As a Travel Consultant in our Luxury Travel team, you will help to plan, book and coordinate your customer’s next amazing luxury travel experience. You’ll be building unique itineraries for your customers with their every need front of mind to ensure they have a premium experience from “Bon Voyage” to “Welcome Home”. You will be booking everything from first class flights to five star hotels, premium tours, luxury cruising, travel insurance and more. You will be working towards KPI’s and incentive targets, therefore building your customer relationships will be critical to your success in this role.  

 

What it takes to be a Luxury Travel expert…

  • You’re the go-to person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips and tricks, with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Travel Consultant
  • You’re eager to provide exceptional service to welcome new customers to your existing database of loyal clientele
  • You have proven success in achieving your KPIs and sales targets
  • You seek out new ways to build on your success and think outside of the box for your customers to find the best travel solution for them
  • You understand the importance of organisation and managing your time effectively to achieve the best result and stay on top of your work
  • You’re not only good at the people stuff, but at the behind the scenes stuff too. Like building itineraries, doing up invoices, operating our complex booking systems and jumping between different programs with a customer in front of you
  • You know your way around GDS and you’re confident with complex computer systems 
  • Extra points if you have personal experience with luxury travel!
