Are you a highly organised marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? As a Media Executive, you will play a key role in delivering impactful above-the-line advertising campaigns across multiple media channels. Working closely with the Media & PR Manager, Product Teams, Creative Teams and external media partners, you'll help ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and aligned to marketing objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple deadlines, building stakeholder relationships, and contributing to high-performing marketing initiatives.
A day in the life:
- Coordinate and execute media campaigns across press, television, radio, outdoor, digital partnerships and sponsorships.
- Manage the end-to-end advertising process, including briefing content, reviewing proofs, approvals and publication checks.
- Liaise with publishers, broadcasters, media owners and agency partners to coordinate campaign activity.
- Ensure campaign assets, approvals and deadlines are managed accurately and delivered on time.
- Maintain media schedules, campaign calendars and advertising trackers across all brands.
- Produce campaign performance reports, competitor reports and post-campaign analysis.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external media partners.
- Support broader marketing initiatives, partnerships and process improvement opportunities.
Who you are:
- 2-3 years' experience in marketing, media, advertising or campaign management.
- Strong understanding of media channels including print, television, radio, outdoor and digital partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating advertising campaigns from planning through to execution.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Advertising or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
