What you'll be doing...

  • Manage the aftersales journey for customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience
  • Finalise and process customer payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain professional, accurate, and detailed customer records
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely solutions to travel-related queries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving team targets and KPIs
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and support
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service standards and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

 

Who You Are:

  • Previous minimum 2 years' customer service experience 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated customer-first approach with a passion for service excellence
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administration and payment processing
  • Ability to interpret customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
