Join our Infinity Holidays team as the key connection between Infinity and our agency partners. You'll drive sales growth through product and systems training, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing support across our travel consultant network. This is a dynamic role combining relationship management, training delivery, sales development, and customer support while representing Infinity at industry events and conferences.

About the role. Mō te Tūranga

  • Develop and grow sales across the agency network by promoting Infinity Holidays products and services
  • Design, deliver and facilitate engaging systems and product training, including onboarding sessions and webinars
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, suppliers and key stakeholders
  • Represent Infinity at trade shows, conferences and industry events
  • Provide day-to-day support, resolve customer and product issues, and assist with training across the wider business
  • Use reporting, Salesforce and market insights to identify opportunities and drive business growth

About you. mo koe

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a travel retail, wholesale or related travel environment
  • Strong knowledge of travel agency processes and the supplier landscape
  • Experience using Helio, Salesforce and cruise booking systems
  • Confident presenter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong planning, time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Commercially minded, data-driven and comfortable using reporting to drive sales outcomes
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible, adaptable and passionate about supporting travel partners to succeed
