Are you passionate about creating exceptional cruise holidays that deliver outstanding value and unforgettable experiences? We're looking for a Cruise Product Manager to join the My Cruises Product Team and play a critical role in developing compelling, competitive, and commercially successful cruise packages. Reporting to the Cruise Product Development Director, you'll work with leading global cruise partners to design products that inspire customers, drive performance, and strengthen our position in the cruise market. If you're commercially minded, customer focused, and love all things cruising, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What you'll do:
- Develop and deliver competitive, high-performing cruise holiday packages across global destinations.
- Conduct market research and identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences to inform product strategy.
- Package cruises with flights, hotels, land tours, and value-added inclusions to maximise customer appeal.
- Build and manage relationships with cruise lines, hotels, and land operators, negotiating competitive pricing and exclusive offers.
- Support pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches to drive commercial performance.
- Monitor booking trends, customer feedback, margins, booking velocity, and ROI to optimise product results.
- Oversee the accurate setup, maintenance, and governance of products within internal systems and resources.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
Who you are:
- Minimum 2 years' experience within the travel industry.
- Cruise industry experience or cruise product knowledge preferred.
- Strong understanding of the global cruise market and key industry trends.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance data and make informed business decisions.
- Experience developing, managing, or packaging travel products and holiday offerings.
- Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer value.
