Join FCM Travel’s growing Sales Enablement & Onboarding function and play a critical role in shaping the success of our sales teams across APAC.
 
In this newly created role, you will help accelerate BDM performance by delivering impactful onboarding, embedding the SPICED methodology, and ensuring sales teams have access to the right content, tools, and resources at the right time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new BDMs across APAC
  • Facilitate onboarding covering FCM’s commercial story, SPICED methodology, Salesforce, and Highspot
  • Create scalable and repeatable onboarding materials and resources
  • Monitor BDM ramp time and identify opportunities to improve onboarding effectiveness
  • Partner with onboarding stakeholders to ensure alignment across customer-facing teams
  • Build and maintain APAC sales content within Highspot, including talk tracks, objection handling resources, persona messaging, and market-specific proof points
  • Manage user provisioning, access management, and offboarding processes for sales enablement platforms
  • Audit content regularly to ensure accuracy, relevance, compliance, and substantiation
  • Organise and structure content by buyer stage, persona, and deal type to maximise findability and adoption
  • Share valuable APAC-created content with global stakeholders for broader use
  • Embed SPICED methodology across onboarding, coaching, content, and sales conversations
  • Develop resources that help BDMs apply SPICED practically throughout the sales cycle
  • Identify and communicate adoption gaps with clear examples and recommended actions
  • Promote strong Salesforce discipline, including pipeline management, activity tracking, stage accuracy, and data hygiene
  • Support BDMs in developing effective Salesforce habits during onboarding
  • Analyse data quality issues impacting sales visibility and methodology adoption
  • Drive consistency in sales messaging, content usage, and commercial narratives across APAC markets
  • Gather field feedback and provide insights to improve enablement programs and content effectiveness
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to align enablement initiatives with commercial priorities
  • Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Coach BDMs through one-to-one capability-building conversations

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or commercial learning and development within a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and sales effectiveness principles
  • Experience building, maintaining, and governing sales content libraries
  • Proven ability to create sales enablement content such as talk tracks, objection handling guides, and persona-based messaging
  • Experience delivering onboarding, training, or capability-building programs
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
  • Exposure to SPICED, Winning by Design, or another structured B2B sales methodology
  • Experience with Highspot or a comparable sales enablement platform
  • Experience within travel management, technology, professional services, or similar industries 
  • Experience working across APAC markets, including ANZ and Asia
  • Experience coaching commercial sales teams
