In this role, you'll be the go-to point of contact for our network of Independent Advisors and Agencies supporting them through onboarding, day-to-day account management, and issue resolution, while helping drive retention and engagement across the network. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, Technology and Leadership teams, using tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams to keep operations running smoothly. Ideal for someone with 2+ years' experience in travel or customer service who thrives on relationship-building, problem-solving and clear communication.
