Your contributions as Team Leader:
- Maintain a One Best Way business including operating systems
- Meet shop budgets and P&L expectations
- Coaching & developing team members
- Receive leadership training from our very own Learning and Development team who will help set you up for success
- Create and contribute to a positive working environment
- Motivate your team to reach their full potential

- Be your team’s go-to person for all the curly questions
