What you'll be doing...

  • Convert inbound travel enquiries into confirmed Fly, Stay & Tour holiday bookings
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service throughout the sales journey
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored travel solutions that maximise sales opportunities
  • Confidently overcome objections and close sales while achieving and exceeding individual targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation with a high level of attention to detail
  • Manage multiple enquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

 

 

Who you are...

A MUST:

  • Previous travel industry sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong sales and closing skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, influence decisions, and ask for the sale
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable travel experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build meaningful customer relationships
  • High attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce accurate work
  • Strong time management, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities
  • Positive, solutions-focused mindset with strong accountability, problem-solving skills, and confidence using multiple systems and technology platforms
