Travel Sales Consultant (My Holidays) - Broadbeach, QLD
- Sell and book curated holiday packages for customers and engage with warm leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey and achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing bookings.
- Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all customer interactions.
- Work towards individual KPIs and performance objectives.
- Participate in training and development programs to build travel industry knowledge and sales expertise.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
