Once training is complete, you'll transition into a Travel Consultant role, helping customers book unforgettable holiday experiences while building a rewarding career with opportunities for future growth within the Ignite My Holidays team. Training commencement date: 31 August 2026
 
 
Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Sell and book curated holiday packages for customers and engage with warm leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey and achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing bookings.
  • Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained across all customer interactions.
  • Work towards individual KPIs and performance objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to build travel industry knowledge and sales expertise.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

  • Previous sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets.
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Motivation to succeed in a sales-focused role.
  • Passion for travel and helping customers create memorable holidays.
