As the Martech Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the success of our Global Leisure Martech initiatives. Your role will involve leading a team of talented developers to create innovative marketing solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and other MarTech tools.
Who you are:
3 years of experience managing a team
Experience as a technical business analyst
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other relevant MarTech tools
Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
Experience with using JIRA and Confluence
Experience with data integration and API concepts (Preferred)
Experience working in a marketing department (Preferred)
What you'll be doing:
Lead across all MarTech developers and foster a collaborative and highperforming culture
Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide regular feedback to the team
Helping to define and refine solution requirements ready for prioritisation and development
Lead testing with documentation and execution
Run regular showcases
Manage the end-to-end delivery of MarTech projects, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and delivered on time and within budget
Plan, prioritise, and track project timelines and milestones
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Key role in agile software development, including estimations, planning, user story acceptance and release activities
Manage the product backlog, including prioritisation, grooming and defect
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the MarTech industry
Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
Conduct regular code reviews and testing to identify and fix defects
Monitor system performance and address any issues promptly
Prioritise defects and code reviews by peers
