Step into the role of Program Transformation Leader, where you'll play a crucial part in advancing FCTG Leisure's key strategic initiatives and 2030 plan. This position is integral in driving transformation, ensuring smooth coordination among selling brands, support teams, and customer-focused efforts. This role acts as the central integrator and accelerator for the Big Moves in FCTG Leisure, delivering a portfolio of strategic programs such as: Customer Loyalty, Salesforce Products (CRM, Marketing Cloud, LMS etc.) delivery that are in our control, and programs in our sphere of influence such as Genesis and Workday being the current major initiatives.
With your strategic oversight, proactive risk management, and effective change leadership, you will ensure these programs deliver measurable value, are executed efficiently across the global business, and contribute to lasting growth for the Leisure pillar. Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Delivery Leadership
Orchestrate delivery of high-impact programs aligned to the business strategy
Drive transformation across brands, geographies, and business units
Ensure clear prioritisation, sequencing, and dependency management across initiatives in our direct control and sphere of influence
Program Governance and Stakeholder Engagement
Lead a transformation team that includes drivers in change management, program management, tech and business design, and benefits - realisation
Engage and provide insights to the Leisure Executive Team who are also your major SteerCo group
Ensure full alignment flows from strategy through to front-line and all who are impacted
Create clear lines of responsibility between project/program and PM&E
Value Stream and Agile Delivery
Implement a value stream delivery model with empowered cross- functional teams
Ensure each program is measured by business outcomes, not just go-live milestones
Promote iterative delivery, feedback loops, and fast course corrections
Design program hand-off to BAU operational state such as passing to PM&E
Change and Readiness
Oversee organisational change management, business readiness, and comms
Define and embed new operating models as needed by transformation efforts
Champion user adoption, upskilling, and training for new tools and ways of working
Integration and Enablement
Align systems delivery with operational outcomes.
Manage interfaces with ETS, Infrastructure, Privacy and Security teams
Ensure readiness of environments, cutover plans, and hypercare postdeployment
Our Ideal Candidate:
Experience in global capacity, managing global programs, resources and teams
Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, with a focus on organisation transformation
5+ years experience leading cross-functional team in complex environments
Proven success with tech-enabled change
Strong commercial acumen and ability to link delivery to business value
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
Deep understanding of program governance, and value stream models
Experience in travel, retail, loyalty, or consumer-led industries preferred
Certifications in either Program Management or a Change Business Degree are desired
