A day in the life:
Marketing Automation: Lead end-to-end development of personalised, omni-channel customer journeys and campaigns, whilst assisting with implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Customer Insights – Data
Manage planning, segmentation, testing, and performance of customer lifecycle, travel purchase journeys and loyalty program journeys, including collaborating with Digital and Creative teams to design email/SMS campaigns that drive results
Troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems, ensuring CRM hygiene and act as the go-to expert on marketing automation and data-driven best practices
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve online experience and conversions and ensure accurate deployment of highly personalised messages
Reporting and Optimisation: Track and report on campaign performance against KPIs and use insights to improve customer journey touchpoints and digital ROI
Support ongoing development of reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics
Test & Learn: Drive A/B testing and experimentation to boost customer engagement and retention and work with cross-functional teams to test improvements and evaluate results
Supporting Business Objectives: Contribute to digital initiatives including campaign rollouts and innovation projects, help design and execute loyalty and retention strategies for consistent customer experiences and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and marketing standards
Provide support across broader Digital Marketing activities as needed
Who you are:
3-5 years hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (experience with Microsoft Dynamics – CI and/or Validity a bonus)
Strong grasp of customer lifecycle journeys and segmentation strategies
A great attention to detail and proven ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Proficient in reporting and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI); familiarity with CIJ or CID reporting highly regarded
Understanding of digital marketing funnel and cross channel activity
Creative and innovative thinker with great written and verbal communication skills
A ‘can do’ attitude to own the role, jump at challenges and find ways to add value
The ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and are a strong team player
Tertiary qualifications in marketing/communications/advertising or relevant industry training highly regarded
