We’re looking for a MarTech Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of marketing and technology. In this role, you’ll be a key player in shaping how we engage with customers, translating strategic marketing goals into smart, scalable MarTech solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful initiatives that drive real business value.
Our core MarTech stack includes Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but experience with this platform is not essential, we’re more interested in your ability to think critically, collaborate effectively, and deliver results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partnering with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications
Creating use cases, process flows, and documentation to support solution development
Facilitating communication between marketing, technology, and delivery teams
Building business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support new opportunities
Supporting user acceptance testing and ensuring solutions meet business needs
Developing training materials and system documentation
What We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience in a business analyst or similar role
5+ years’ experience in customer service or customer-facing environments
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Project management and process improvement skills
