Our Accounts and Expenses Tech squad are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and build backend-focused, scalable full stack solutions using Java (Spring Boot) and React. You will develop robust, testable services and integrations - focusing on APIs, ETL pipelines and system interoperability.
What you will do:
Designing and implementing Java-based microservices and React frontends with a focus on performance, accessibility, and maintainability
Building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs for secure data exchange across internal and third-party systems
Developing and managing ETL workflows using CloverDX and related tools to transform and move financial data
Optimizing data pipelines and services to ensure reliability and scalability
Creating secure, observable applications deployed on Microsoft Azure
Collaborating with architects, product managers, and engineers to deliver impactful features
Leading code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring junior engineers
Writing automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
Contributing to CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps to streamline deployment
Participating in agile ceremonies and fostering continuous improvement
About you:
5+ years of experience with strong expertise in Java, Spring, and API design
Solid understanding of ETL processes and tools such as CloverDX, Azure Data Factory, or AWS Glue
Proficient in SQL, data modelling, and performance tuning
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
Familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools like GitHub and Azure DevOps
Skilled in system design, performance optimization, and applying security best practices
Exposure to ERP or expense management systems is a plus
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Able to balance strategic architectural thinking with hands-on execution
Demonstrates a growth mindset and a strong drive to learn and improve
