About The Opportunity
Corporate Traveler, a multi-billion-dollar global organization is seeking an Account Executive who will thrive in a culture of ownership and unlimited growth opportunity within our North American region in the SME market. You are a proven hunter & closer with a track record of quota attainment and overachievement. Our sales process is about problem solving and helping to create value for our customers as soon as we engage with them. You’d work with key decision makers on strategies and recommendations around our technology and customer service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close new business within the ideal customer profile
Target clients in pharma, tech, finance, sports & entertainment, and other high-growth industries
Maintain a precise and up-to-date sales pipeline
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
Consistently deliver results against set KPIs and performance objectives
Fully utilize the sales tech stack to drive efficiency and insight
Pursue ongoing professional development through internal learning pathways
Apply sales methodologies to uncover client needs and use solution selling to close deals
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in a full-cycle closing role with strong skills in prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing
Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening abilities
Proficient with sales automation tools and technology platforms
Skilled in delivering effective product demonstrations
Committed to continuous improvement and supporting team growth
Experience presenting to C-suite executives both virtually and in person
Proven ability to plan, develop, and execute business development strategies
Strong organizational and time management skills
Collaborative team player with experience working across marketing, inside sales, customer success, operations, and enablement

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $85,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. The salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
Uncapped commissions
Year 1 OTE: $85,000 – $125,000
Year 2 OTE: $125,000 – $150,000+
Year 3 OTE: $150,000 – $200,000+
Top Earners: $200,000+
Compensation includes base salary plus commission. Actual earnings will vary based on performance and territory potential.
