About the role. Mō te Tūranga

• Drive digital marketing campaigns across paid digital media channels, Display, Online Video, Affiliates, and SEO to generate leads and boost brand visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Flight Centre website’s user experience and retail performance.
• Use data and analytics to optimise digital strategies, improve conversion rates, and support business growth.
• Contribute to creative testing and digital asset development to ensure engaging and effective customer experiences.

About you. mo koe

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on knowledge of digital channels and website management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and CMS platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
• A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to solve problems and think strategically.
• The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
