About the role. Mō te Tūranga

• Provide expert ticketing and reissue support across Flight Centre brands, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as the final escalation point for complex customer and consultant queries, delivering outstanding service.
• Pilot and implement new ticketing processes before transitioning them to the Global Ticket Centre (GTC).
• Mentor and upskill GTC team members, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to simplify workflows, reduce write-offs, and enhance Sonic system performance.

About you. mo koe

• Strong expertise in ticketing and GDS systems.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver accurate, timely solutions under pressure.
• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and a passion for mentoring others.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing high-volume workloads to tight deadlines.
• Experience in process design, business analysis, or project delivery is a strong advantage.
