We are seeking an experienced Air Specialist to join the Jetmax team. Jetmax is FCTG's meta-OTA, specialising in flight bookings through price comparison. This is a new role that will bring deep air fare expertise into an air-focused business — a critical skillset we need as we scale.

You'll be responsible for optimising our fare content, ensuring we're surfacing, displaying, and selling exactly the right products to our customers across international and domestic markets. If you have strong knowledge of airline fares, filing, and fare families, and enjoy turning that expertise into commercial outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

• Optimising our fare family offering, ensuring we surface the correct fare content, inclusions, and filing across airlines and markets
• Ensuring we always have access to the best fares and that our shopping rules surface them correctly
• Iterating on shopping rules to deliver the best mix of what the customer is looking for and what we can sell competitively
• Supporting our expansion into new markets by searching out the most competitive air content
• Navigating the complexity of US air content — understanding differentiation in commercials across fare types, fare ladders, travel times, and content providers
• Analysing fare and booking data using Power BI and spreadsheets to identify opportunities and measure the impact of changes
• Collaborating with Commercial and Technology teams to translate fare knowledge into product and pricing improvements
• Onboarding new airline fare content and managing ongoing optimisation of existing content

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

• Strong knowledge of airline fares, fare families, fare filing, and fare rules — gained through experience in an airline, GDS, OTA, or travel support role
• Familiarity with GDS platforms, particularly Sabre
• The ability to gain insight from effective spreadsheet analysis — you don't need to be a data scientist, but you should be comfortable interpreting data to inform decisions
• Experience working with airline content across multiple markets (domestic and international)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across commercial and technical teams
• A detail-oriented approach — fare content is complex and accuracy matters

You'll earn extra brownie points with:

• Experience with fare families, implementation or optimisation in an OTA environment
• Understanding of fare structures in multiple markets
• Familiarity with ancillary products such as seat selection (e.g. Gordian) and insurance
• Experience with airline commercial agreements and contract tier structures
