We’re now looking for a Future Business Leader in our Remote team who’s ready to grow their own career while helping others thrive.

What You Will Be Doing 

Working closely with your Business Leader, you’ll help drive performance, engagement and culture while continuing to deliver outstanding service to your own clients. You’ll support all aspects of the FCBT business by turning strategy into action, maintaining strong sales performance, and helping the team operate at its best.

In this role, you will be:

• Driving energy, focus and performance across the team
• Turning strategy into action alongside the Business Leader
• Consistently exceeding sales targets
• Supporting customer experience, systems, KPIs and financial results
• Developing, coaching and upskilling the team
• Acting as second-in-charge when needed
• Keeping communication strong and the team culture thriving

What you'll need:

• A lead-by-example approach and the ability to motivate others
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Confidence managing change and high volumes of business
• Drive, determination and focus to co-lead a successful business
• Minimum 2 years’ proven sales success as a Travel Manager or Travel Consultant
• GDS proficiency (Sabre highly regarded)

• Must be based in Australia, ideally on the East coast to align with the team

 Base just under $60,000pa plus uncapped monthly individual and leadership incentives; overall OTE $95,000 - $100,000 pa plus super (all FTE)
