Purpose:

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced in analysing and identifying business needs and improvements, to assist with driving efficiencies across internal processes and improving technology platforms and products.

The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, documenting process, design and architecture, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also be knowledgeable in business process improvement, software development life cycle methodologies, and experience in creating commercial business cases to understand the ROI of opportunities.

 

 

About the role:

  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points
  • Create business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support business opportunities
  • Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements

 

Experience:

  • Business Analyst qualification
  • Wholesale and Support Role experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills with a focus on process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a business analyst role or similar
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
  • Due to the global nature of our business, flexibility to work outside of standard hours may be required to accommodate meetings across different time zones
