Our successful candidate will focus on researching, developing, and implementing new technologies to drive profitability through increased productivity, customer retention, and new business acquisition. You will play a crucial link between the Australian Envoyage business, the global Envoyage Product Management and Engineering team and the agents and agencies forming the Envoyage network.
You will join the Australian Envoyage leadership team that thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where thinking on your feet is essential. They balance fun with a strong focus on strategy and output. They use their positive attitude to help our team engage effectively with systems and ensure agencies and agents fully align with the Envoyage ecosystem. This dynamic approach allows us to tackle challenges enthusiastically while always focusing on achieving results.
This role can be based in either Brisbane or Sydney.
Your Responsibilities:
Project stakeholder groups for each new initiative will be created and this person will lead each technology project nationally, reporting on progress at regular intervals to relevant stakeholders
Joining the Senior Leadership meetings where appropriate to present on project progress, and being involved in key decisions regarding technology alongside the senior leadership team
Ensure systems are being used as designed by measuring ROI and auditing the use of the system in the teams to ensure maximum productivity
Deliver future enhancements by being part of the brand’s technology team, and involved in future development of the systems
Ongoing regular communication with the business in regard to new tools, ongoing project progress and hints and tips to improve productivity
Staying abreast of emerging technologies in the travel and other industries
Procure new ideas that will improve productivity or enhance the Envoyage customer experience and introduce them to the Envoyage business
Improvement Manager for new proposed initiatives, determining return on investment of projects prior to sign off
Conduct training sessions to equip staff with the necessary skills for improved processes
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes
