We're seeking a passionate Learning Experience Specialist to craft and deliver impactful programs that elevate skills and capabilities across our dynamic Leisure space. In this role, you'll be designing and facilitating both virtual and in-person learnings, supporting everyone from new starters to experienced leaders. Collaborate with a dedicated team, including senior instructional designers, to transform learning needs into effective instruction through diverse methods like eLearning, webinars, and interactive workshops. As a key player in the Professional Development team, you'll contribute to our mission of continuous improvement in workforce capability, employee engagement, and achieving FCTG's ambitious growth goals. Join us in creating transformative learning journeys that inspire and empower! 
 

Day to day you’ll
…  
  • Design and deliver comprehensive L&D programs that foster skill development and capability enhancement. 
  • Lead diverse subject matter sessions, engaging audiences from intimate settings to large conferences, both virtually and in person. 
  • Extend your expertise across FCTG businesses, ensuring seamless delivery of educational services when needed. 
  • Leverage advanced knowledge of sales and customer processes to enrich external customer experiences. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to craft tailored learning content that aligns with key objectives and upholds FCTG values. 
  • Manage enrolment data while collecting and analysing program assessments for continuous improvement. 
  • Work dynamically and flexibly with the People and Culture team to deliver outstanding services that exceed expectations. 
  • Pursue proactive enhancements in FCTG tools and processes, aligning with industry trends to bring value to stakeholders. 
  • Maintain current expertise in brand, travel industry, and learning development knowledge to empower and support our teams. 
  • Cultivate fluency in key learning systems and methodologies, staying ahead of emerging practices to elevate learning experiences. 

We’d love to hear from you if you have…  
  • 3+ years of experience in the travel industry. 
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment advantageous.
  • Proven record of driving business success and surpassing KPI targets in front end operations. 
  • Recognised for integrity and a strong personal brand within FCTG. 
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient team player who effectively manages projects and contributes to team goals. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and skilled with instructional design tools.
