• Design and develop scalable full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React, focusing on modularity and performance

• Build clean, well-tested REST APIs and frontend components using modern JavaScript/TypeScript

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver business-driven features

• Create secure, observable, and scalable services deployed on Microsoft Azure

• Champion engineering best practices: reusable components, accessibility (WCAG), and optimized frontend/backend performance

• Implement automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) and support CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins

• Lead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers

• Participate actively in agile processes and foster continuous improvement

• Apply secure coding standards, maintain documentation, and assist in production monitoring and troubleshooting

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs

• Database: MySQL, Sybase
